These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of 301Hero (“the App”), a Webflow application developed and operated by Trinker Media GmbH, Angelo-Eustacchio-Gasse 62, 8010 Graz, Austria (“we”, “us”, “our”).
By installing or using 301Hero, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, you must not use the App.
301Hero is a tool that helps users create, manage, and automate 301 redirects for their Webflow projects.
The App integrates with the Webflow API and stores metadata and redirect information needed to function properly.
The App is provided “as is”, without any guarantees.

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use 301Hero solely for your Webflow projects.

301Hero uses a one-time payment per project model.
Your purchased tier determines how many redirects you can create and manage inside that project.
Payments are processed through Stripe.
All purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by law.
We reserve the right to change pricing at any time for future purchases.
301Hero is provided without warranties of any kind, including but not limited to:
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trinker Media GmbH assumes zero liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to:
Your use of the App is entirely at your own risk.
We may suspend or terminate access to the App at any time if you:
You may uninstall the App at any time, but this does not entitle you to a refund.
The App stores and processes only the data required to provide its functionality.

We may modify these Terms at any time.
Updated versions will be posted within the App or on our website.
Your continued use constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Austria, with exclusive jurisdiction in Graz, Austria.
